Pre-purchase pest inspections are non-invasive, visual-only inspections. This means we do not cut, drill, or probe into building elements. The inspection covers only areas that are accessible and visible at the time.
If areas are inaccessible (e.g., covered by stored items, insulation, or building elements), this will be noted in the report.
